What is a pre-purchase inspection?

It is a visual inspection and assessment of each of the following areas:

5. The roof exterior
6. The site, outbuildings & fencing

• $350.00 Inc GST up to 10 sq then $10.00 inc GST per square thereafter
• Reports on multiple dwellings or properties outside a 40km radius of Launceston City will be negotiated
